Do you take walk-ins?

We know that sometimes you schedule doesn’t align with our available appointments. No problem, stop by when it is convenient for you and one of our estimators will be happy to assist.

Do you offer rental or loaner vehicles?

We have a small fleet of loaner vehicles that when available we are able to lend to our customers. We also have a close working relationship with Enterprise and can book a rental with them for you if needed.

Is there a shuttle available?

We do offer a shuttle service for our customers. Just let us know when we book your appointment that you will need a ride and we can arrange for a driver to be here when you drop off your vehicle.

What types of vehicles do you work on?

We work on all vehicle makes and models, big and small.

Do I have to take my vehicle to the shop my Insurance Company tells me to?

No, you do not. You have the legal right to choose the repair facility where you take your vehicle. We work with all insurance companies to ensure your vehicle is repaired correctly and efficiently.

How long will my repairs take?

Vehicle repair times will vary depending on the size and severity of the job. We will provide you with a timeline during your estimate and keep you informed during the repair process.
